Ingredients:

2 carrots, diced

1 zucchini, chopped

1 bell pepper, chopped

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 tomato, chopped

1 liter vegetable broth

Salt and pepper to taste
