The Tragic Accident
The accident occurred in the town of Giustino, located in the Trentino region of Italy. According to reports, Matilda was on her way to school early in the morning when the tragic incident happened.
She and several other students were waiting near a bus stop before classes began. At some point while crossing the road, Matilda was struck by a cement-mixer truck traveling through the area.
Witnesses said the scene unfolded quickly and left everyone in shock. Emergency services were immediately called, and rescue teams arrived within minutes.
Paramedics attempted to provide urgent medical assistance and tried to revive the young athlete. Sadly, despite their efforts, Matilda died from her injuries at the scene.
