    2. Numbness or Weakness

    I started feeling tingling and weakness in my arm and leg on one side, even though it was mild at first:

    • Often on one side of the body (face, arm, or leg)

    • Can feel like pins and needles, heaviness, or sudden clumsiness

    • May worsen gradually over days or weeks

    ⚠️ Warning: These can be early signs of transient ischemic attacks (TIAs), also called mini-strokes.


    3. Trouble Speaking or Understanding Words

    A month before my stroke, I noticed slight difficulty finding words:
