First Impressions Matter
When he arrived, I noticed two things immediately:

He took pride in his appearance—clean shoes, neat clothing, and a friendly smile.

He asked thoughtful questions about the job—how high I liked the grass, and which areas needed special care.
Even in such a simple task, attention to detail and respect for the client’s preferences were evident. It reminded me how small gestures and consideration can make a big impression.
Unexpected Work Ethic
Watching him mow, trim, and edge the lawn, I realized he approached the task with genuine dedication.
